We live in a unique situation where five generations of people are working together with different perspectives and expectations, said Nick Tzitzon, Strategic Director of ServiceNow.
In a keynote address at the National Workflow Summit hosted by ETGovernment in association with ServiceNow on Wednesday, Tzitzon said his company is fully aligned with the Indian government’s goal of maintaining full transparency and accountability while working for the good- being and the development of citizens.
The summit deliberated on how government organizations can continue to accelerate their digital transformation journey, leverage next-generation technologies to achieve modern workflow, and strengthen security across all applications and platforms.
Stating that India is the most important country for ServiceNow not only now but also in the future as it will be the most populous country in the next 25 years, Nick Tzitzon said the experience of business with local, state and federal governments in the United States will be of great help here.
“We understand the systems, the people and the requirements from both the government’s and the people’s perspective,” he said. Quoting company founder Fred Luddy, “There is no better experience than giving someone technology that allows them to do something they never thought they could do,” said Tzitzon said, putting technology in the hands of the greatest number is the founding principle of ServiceNow.
