The Realme 8 Pro illuminator yellow color option was teased by the company’s India and Europe CEO Madhav Sheth on Twitter. In a tweet, the executive shared a 12-second video with a caption, “Since you asked for a closer look.” The clip shows the phone’s quad rear camera setup and hints at a special yellow color option that appears to glow in the dark. The development comes a week before the launch in India of the Realme 8 series which includes two models – Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro.
The 12 second video shared by Sheth gives a good look at the back of the Realme 8 Pro. It shows the phone with a bright yellow colored camera module and the slogan “Dare To Leap” which appears to glow in the dark. This further suggests that under regular lighting conditions the back appears to have an ordinary yellow color paint job. The clip gives a good look at the quad rear camera which has already been seen on various other internet leaks and reports.
Realme 8 Pro is part of the Realme 8 series which will launch in India on March 24. The smartphone is designed to feature a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display and comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC. It has already been confirmed to have a 108-megapixel camera sensor, while the vanilla model will come with a 64-megapixel main sensor.
In a premature unbox video, Realme 8 Pro is seen sporting a standard perforated flat panel display with the cutout placed in the upper left corner of the display. The smartphone is expected to come with a 65W SuperDart charger, USB Type-A to Type-C cable, and a clear silicone case in the box.
