Nvidia Offers EU Concessions Over $54-Billion Arm Deal

Nvidia has said it will maintain Arm as a neutral technology provider as it aims to allay the concerns of customers such as Qualcomm, Samsung and Apple.

Customers of Arm Broadcom, MediaTek and Marvell support the agreement.

Arm, owned by the Japanese group SoftBank, is a major global semiconductor player. Its designs power almost every smartphone and millions of other devices.
