The Nokia X20 5G has reportedly obtained certification from the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and is also reportedly spotted in the Indian IMEI database, hinting at the launch in India. Although the Nokia brand licensee HMD Global has not revealed any official information about the smartphone, it is hosting an event on April 8 where it may launch the smartphone with the alleged Nokia G10. Nokia X20 5G has already been spotted on Geekbench and is said to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC. It will most likely run on Android 11 out of the box.
The FCC listing, first spotted by MySmartPrice, shows a phone with model number TA-1341, believed to be Nokia X20, equipped with 5G connectivity. The documents also show the rear panel of the Nokia phone and reveal that the Nokia X20 5G may feature a circular rear camera module. Additionally, informant Mukul Sharma tweeted an image showing a smartphone with the same model number TA-1341 in the Indian IMEI database. If this model number really belongs to the Nokia X20, the listing means the smartphone could launch in India soon.

According to a report from NokiaPowerUser, the smartphone could cost 349 EUR (around Rs 30,000) for the 6GB + 128GB storage variant. It is expected to launch on April 8 with the Nokia G10.

Although the FCC and IEMI listings do not reveal any information about Nokia X20 5G, the phone’s Geekbench listing suggests that the phone might come with 6GB of RAM and run on Android 11. The aforementioned NokiaPowerUser report claims that the phone another variant will work with 8 GB of RAM. In addition, the smartphone could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G SoC. It could be offered with 64GB and 128GB storage options.
The report also mentions that the Nokia X20 can come with a quad rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary, 5-megapixel ultra-wide, 2-megapixel depth, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It may feature a 16 megapixel front shooter. The phone is said to contain a 4,500mAh battery with 10W fast charging. It should be noted that the price and specs are all speculation at this point and should be taken with a pinch of salt.
