Mi 11 Series India Launch Will Be Soon

The launch of the Mi 11 series in India was teased by Xiaomi on Twitter. The tweet, however, does not mention an exact launch date or reveal which models will launch in the country. The Mi 11 was launched to the world last month. And Xiaomi has also announced a “Mega Launch” event for March 29 where it will unveil the Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra. According to the latest tweet from Xiaomi India, the Mi 11 series will debut in India soon. The company says it “wants to deliver a whole new smartphone experience” that “is worth the wait.” The tweet doesn’t give any other information, including which phones will launch or when they will debut in the country. However, Xiaomi has already confirmed that it will launch the Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra on March 29. If some leaks are to be believed, India could also get the Mi 11 Lite with these handsets.

Meanwhile, two smartphones with model number M2102K1AC, which is said to be the Mi 11 Pro, and model number M2101K9C, which is said to be the Mi 11 Lite, have been spotted on TENAA. The listings reveal upcoming smartphone storage variants.

Mi 11 Lite can be launched in a 4G variant which can be powered by a Snapdragon 732G SoC. Its 5G variant is expected to ship with a Snapdragon 765G SoC. The phone would run on Android 11 with MIUI 12 on top and could feature a 6.55-inch (1080 x 2400 pixels) AMOLED Full HD + display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
